✨ This is how we are walking into March with our March Scholarship List totaling about $24,000✨

Scholarship List Totaling About $24,000!
March 10 | Charleston Family Trust Scholarship | $3,000
Scholarship is open to African American, undergraduate students, enrolled in a 4-year college or university. Applicants must have at least a 2.5 GPA; must demonstrate financial need; must demonstrate an interest in providing service to their community, and must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
March 15 | Veils by Lily International Scholarship | $500
The scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors (or homeschool equivalent) who are US citizens or permanent residents and plan to pursue higher education.
March 15 | GoSkills "Be the Boss" Scholarship | $2,000
A scholarship for women who want to be the boss! Any female high-school or college student, who wants to start her own business can apply for this scholarship.
March 15 | CBC Spouses Performing Arts Scholarship | $5,000
This award is for full-time Black scholars pursuing a degree in performing arts including, but not limited to, drama, music, dance, opera, marching bands, and other musical ensembles.
March 18 | Seattle Colleges Foundation Scholarships | Varies
All applicants must plan to attend and enroll in any of the three Seattle Colleges (North Seattle College, Seattle Central College, or South Seattle College), and must have at least a 2.0 GPA. Students who attend part-time or full-time, international students, DACA/undocumented students, BAS students, and Running Start students who will be graduating from high school this year are all eligible and encouraged to apply.
March 20 | Innovation in Education Scholarship | $500
Must currently be enrolled as a high school, college/university, or graduate student. Must have designed an innovative project that makes a difference in the lives of others (This could be a website, series of blogs, an app, fundraising event, etc.)
March 21 | Make Noise Today Scholarship | $2,000
The Make Noise Today scholarship contest is open to U.S. high school students (grades 9-12) who identify as Asian American or Pacific Islander. A student attending high school outside the United States must be a citizen of the United States; or be a U.S. lawful resident.
March 31 | 1000 Dreams Scholarship Fund | $1,000
All women enrolled in a U.S. based institution – high school, college, university, graduate school, etc. – are able to apply regardless of citizenship. You must show proof of current enrollment in a United States based school.
March 31 | Carl N. and Margaret Karcher Founders' Scholarship 2025 | $10,000
Open to graduating high school seniors or those looking to enroll as a first-time freshman, this $10,000 scholarship is here to help you take college by storm. If you’re 26 or younger and gearing up to be a full-time college freshman at an accredited university, you’re already halfway there.
March 31 | Lighthouse Guild Scholarship | Varies
To help students who are visually impaired fulfill their aspirations of a higher education (college, graduate school or higher). Must provide proof of legal blindness. Verification should be in the form of a statement from a state rehabilitation agency, an ophthalmologist, or an optometrist.

SummerWorks Internship
SummerWorks is a summertime internship opportunity! We match you with work-readiness trainings and an internship experience designed to get you career experience. Right now, if you are enrolled with NEXT, there are paid work experiences available for 100 hours over the summer! So, if you need to add experience to your resume and want some extra cash, we’ve got you covered!
Requirements: Must be Clark County, WA residents.

Teens In Public Service Internship
TIPS is a rewarding summer job, where you can put your values into action and take part in meaningful work at a nonprofit organization. TIPS internship participation is a valuable item on a resume or college application. TIPS allows you to give back to your community and earn a paycheck at the same time - up to $3,300 over the course of the summer (based on the City of Seattle’s 2025 minimum wage of $20.76/hr).
Requirements: Are eligible to work in the U.S. and will be aged 15-19 by the start of the 2025 summer program in May

The YBCL Futures Fund
The YBCL Youth Futures Fund supports young Black people who are taking the initiative to dismantle the delusion of white supremacy, its disproportionate impacts on Black communities and communities of color in general, and disrupt climate chaos.
Requirements: Be 18-28 years old (OK to turn 18 by July 1 or 29 during the project).

Environmental Justice Youth Program
Attention Latinx youth ages 16–24 in King County! Are you interested in learning about environmental justice and how air quality impacts our communities? 🌎💨 Join the Environmental Justice Youth Program hosted by the Community Health Worker Coalition for Migrants and Refugees. This program empowers youth with educational workshops and hands-on activities.
Requirements: Be 16-24 years old.
